Is This You?

You give and give —
and somehow still feel empty.

You are the one everyone calls. The one who holds it together, shows up, and figures it out. You are capable, loving, and deeply tired.

Somewhere along the way, your needs got moved to the bottom of the list. And now it feels selfish — even suspicious — to put them anywhere else.

40+
Years of wisdom.
Time to use them
for yourself.

About Your Coach

I know this feeling from the inside.

I spent years being excellent at caring for everyone around me — and quietly neglecting myself in the process. I know what it's like to be competent and depleted at the same time. To give from a place of love and still feel resentful. To wonder why it's so hard to ask for what you need.

That's what drew me to coaching — not because I had it figured out, but because I was living the work. And I found that the women who needed this most were exactly like me: capable, caring, and somewhere deep down, waiting for permission to matter to themselves.

You don't need permission from me. But if it helps to hear it — you already have it.
